Workspace → Settings applies to every screen at once. Churn Signals, the customer emails and the cancellation survey are set up separately, in Churn & retention → Settings.

Revenue calculations

  • Marketplace commissions: Wix’s and Shopify’s cut, measured from your payouts every sync. Set an override if your agreement changes. These rates give MRR after commissions, which anyone can switch to in the filter bar; OneMRR remembers each person’s choice.
  • Gross margin: used for LTV and CAC payback. SaaS businesses are usually 75–90%.
  • Breakdowns and counting: custom breakdowns, the drill-down order, and Count by.
  • Plan names: give the same plan one name across platforms, so lists, filters and customer history group it together. Each platform’s own name is kept.
  • MRR rules: exactly how MRR is counted (annual plans, discounts, trials, one-time charges, cancellations, past due, metered usage, plan switches, Wix renewals, currency). See How MRR is calculated.

Notifications

  • Daily recap: an email each morning, around 7 am in the workspace’s time zone: yesterday’s MRR, ARR and paying customers, every movement and its biggest customers, cancellations, Churn Signals, and whether every source is up to date. It goes to owners and admins, and each person can turn it off. Set the workspace time zone here; dates throughout OneMRR use it.
  • Flagged customers digest: one email to owners and admins after each daily Churn Signals check that flags new customers.
  • Source problems: owners and admins are emailed when a source stops syncing, a Wix export goes out of date, or a non-USD currency appears. This is always on.

Workspace

The business name everyone in the workspace sees. Only the owner can change it.

Billing and usage

Your plan, and this month’s usage against its allowances: Every plan gets the same revenue analytics. Pricing never depends on your MRR. There are no overage charges, and data is never deleted: past an allowance, new tracked events are refused until the reset, but billing syncs and MRR never stop.

API

Secret API keys let your servers send customers, payments, subscription events and product activity to OneMRR. A key can write to any source in the workspace, so keep it on a server, never in a browser or app. Tracking-only keys can only send product activity, for Churn Signals.

Advanced

  • Recalculate revenue history: rebuild every month from the stored billing events.
  • Change history: every settings change, who made it, and when.
