Churn & retention shows what you lost, who left, and how it compares month to month. It follows the filters and any breakdown you drilled into.
The four churn figures, numbered 1 to 4
  1. Lost MRR: MRR lost to cancellations and downgrades this month so far.
  2. Customer churn: paying customers who cancelled in the last full month ÷ paying customers at the start of that month.
  3. Revenue churn: (churn + contraction) ÷ starting MRR, before win-backs. Below it is your NRR, net revenue retention.
  4. MRR at risk: the MRR of customers whose product activity dropped, from Churn Signals. Select it to open At risk.
Under the figures, short summaries link to the customers at risk now and your latest cancellation feedback.

Month by month

Churn history charts lost MRR by month, split into churn and contraction. The table below has the last six months: cancellations, customer churn, lost MRR, revenue churn, MRR won back, and NRR.

With All sources selected, a second table compares platforms over the last three months.
Net revenue retention is (starting MRR + expansion − contraction − churn) ÷ starting MRR. New and returning customers are left out. Above 100% means upgrades outweigh what you lose. See Retention and cohorts.
